Triple Sec Curacao's or just Triple Sec (Triple Dry) are made with less sugar and don't use bitter orange peel. Because there's no bitterness in triple sec's they're able to add less sugar. I miss the bitterness a good curacao brings to the Mai Tai, so I like using Señor Curacao the best personally.
